WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS
On a daily basis, we are staying up-to-date with government advice regarding the coronavirus. At the moment, most of our electrical services can be delivered safely for both our staff and customers. Here are the precautions we are taking:
SOLAR PANELS
- Where possible, surveys are carried our remotely using Google Maps, customer photos, etc.
- For surveys that require a visit, we do all our measuring with a laser device standing outside of the house / building. We don’t touch anything. If we need to talk with you, we can stand 5 metres from your door, or speak on the phone.
- When an installation goes ahead, scaffolders and the roofer are always outside your house / building. One electrician will need to enter the house / building. He will wear a mask and gloves at all times. When the installation is complete, he will wipe down all equipment installed and surfaces touched with an anti-bacterial wipe.
- The electrician will not approach anyone else in the house / building.
- All masks and gloves are disposed of properly at the end of each job.
OTHER ELECTRICAL WORK INCLUDING BATTERY STORAGE, EV CHARGERS & LED LIGHTING
- All surveys are carried our remotely using Google Maps, customer photos, etc.
- If an installation requires just one electrician, he will need to enter the house / building. He will wear a mask and gloves at all times. When the installation is complete, he will wipe down all equipment installed and surfaces touched with an anti-bacterial wipe.
- If an installation requires two electricians, it will be the same procedure as above, but – in addition – the electricians will stay as far apart from each other as possible at all times.
- The electrician(s) will not approach anyone else in the house / building.
- All masks and gloves are disposed of properly at the end of each job.
