IT specialists Medhurst Communications in Segensworth, Hampshire were keen to switch to a renewable energy source, reducing their electricity bills and also their CO2 emissions. Installing a Solar PV system would not only meet their requirements, but also future proof the company from the escalating energy price rises. Following a site visit and detailed survey, we proposed a system to Medhurst Communications that saved them 16,102 kg CO2 emissions per year and also saved the company an incredible £4,419 a year in electricity bills. (Based on 11p /KWh tariff and including generation FIT).
The 110 solar panels we installed will generate over 28,000 kWh of electricity per year.
Infinity Energy installed a Solar Panel system with 270W poly-crystalline panels along with a 30 kW inverter. The system will provide Medhurst Communications an excellent return on their investment, with a project payback period of only 6 years.
