Annual energy bill savings of over £13,000 and an incredible project payback within just 30 months…
Customer’s objective:
To reduce their energy consumption and lighting maintenance costs and also to redesign the offices to increase Lux levels inline with CIBSE guidelines.
Carte Blanche also required microwave sensors to be installed in high bays in the warehouse helping to save energy, as unoccupied aisles would no longer have lights on all day unnecessary.

THE INSTALLATION – A BRIEF OVERVIEW
100W Kepler series LED High Bays, together with Hytronik Microwave sensors provided an outstanding solution to Carte Blanche’s warehouse lighting request, combining high efficiency with exceptional performance.
We increased Lux levels throughout their offices with our LED lighting, helping to ensure Carte Blanche meet CIBSE guidelines.
Plus, they received a £10,000 financial contribution from the Green Business Fund towards the project.
