Infinity Energy Services wins Tesla Customer Excellence Award 2026
Recognition from Tesla Energy for outstanding Powerwall customer service and installation quality

Infinity Energy Services has been awarded the Tesla Customer Excellence Award for 2026, recognising the company’s outstanding customer service, installation quality, and performance as a Tesla Powerwall Premium installer.
The award was presented in June 2026 when Tesla Energy visited the company’s head office in Swanwick, Southampton, to celebrate the achievement with the team.
It is the second time Infinity Energy Services has won the Tesla Customer Excellence Award, underlining the company’s consistent focus on customer care, technical excellence, and long-term support.
During the presentation, Tesla told the Infinity team that Infinity Energy Services is one of only 10 companies to have installed more than 1,000 Tesla Powerwalls in the UK.
Tesla also confirmed that Infinity was the only installer not to have had any customers complain about an installation.

What the Tesla Customer Excellence Award recognises
The Tesla Customer Excellence Award recognises installers that deliver an exceptional customer experience across the full Tesla Powerwall journey.
That means much more than fitting a battery. To achieve this level of recognition, an installer must deliver high standards at every stage, from the first customer enquiry and system design through to quotation, installation, commissioning, handover, and aftercare.
Tesla’s own Certified Installer guidance says its certified installers are accredited and trained in Powerwall, and that they must meet strict standards of customer care and installation quality. The award is based on customer ratings throughout the entire process, with Tesla recognising top-rated installers for customer satisfaction and installation performance.
For Infinity Energy Services, the award reflects years of investment in training, design, installation standards and aftercare, as well as a team-wide commitment to making every customer journey as smooth and professional as possible.
